By accessing or using TrustNet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

TrustNet is an AI-powered stock insight and educational platform. The Service provides AI-generated analysis, market data visualization, trust scores, community discussion features, and educational content about financial markets and investing concepts.

IMPORTANT: TrustNet is NOT a financial advisory service. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management services. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

The information provided by TrustNet, including but not limited to AI-generated analysis, trust scores, market outlooks (Bullish, Neutral, Bearish), confidence scores, and any other content, is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on TrustNet constitutes:

  • Investment advice or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
  • Financial planning or wealth management services
  • A solicitation to invest in any particular security or investment product
  • Tax, legal, or accounting advice

You should always consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal.

4. User Accounts

You may access certain features of the Service by creating an account through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Community Guidelines

When using community features (comments and discussions), you agree to:

  • Not post content that constitutes financial advice or specific buy/sell recommendations
  • Not engage in market manipulation, including coordinated pump-and-dump schemes
  • Not post misleading, fraudulent, or deliberately false information
  • Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Not post spam, advertising, or promotional content
  • Not impersonate other individuals or entities

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Subscription & Payments

TrustNet offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy available upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by TrustNet and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTNET AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You acknowledge that financial markets involve inherent risk, and you use TrustNet's insights at your own risk. We are not responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information from our Service.

9. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, TrustNet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or content provided through the Service. Market data may be delayed. AI-generated insights may contain errors. Always verify information from multiple sources.

10. Governing Law

United States

For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Republic of Korea (대한민국)

For users in the Republic of Korea, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률) and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률). Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Korean law, with jurisdiction in Seoul, Korea.

11. Regulatory Compliance

U.S. Securities Regulations

TrustNet is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state regulatory authority. The Service does not provide investment advisory services as defined under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. TrustNet is not a broker-dealer registered with FINRA.

Korean Financial Regulations

TrustNet is not registered as an investment advisory company (투자자문업) or investment brokerage company (투자중개업) under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act of the Republic of Korea (자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률). The Service does not constitute investment advisory services under Korean law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
